March 2024 Prayer Letter

We trust this Prayer Letter finds you well. We want to share an update on our recent activities and seek your prayer support.

Firstly, we are immensely grateful for your continued support of our ministry. Your prayers and encouragement sustain us in our mission to spread the Gospel.

Recently, we hosted a National Pastors' Conference where 93 pastors gathered, along with over 1,000 attendees. It was a powerful time of fellowship, preaching, and equipping for ministry. We witnessed God's work in a remarkable way during the conference, and we are excited to see the impact it will have on churches and communities across Mexico.

However, amidst this blessing, we encountered a significant challenge. Our vehicle broke down unexpectedly, and the repairs are estimated to cost $1,800 USD. This unforeseen expense has strained our finances, especially as we prepare for our upcoming trip to Hammond, Indiana.

In Hammond, I have been invited to preach at the "Servant's Conference" for Pastor Andy Gomez at First Baptist Church of Hammond, specifically for their Spanish department. It's an honor to be invited to share the Word of God with fellow servants in the faith, but the timing of this opportunity has coincided with our current financial challenge.

We are reaching out to you, our faithful supporters, for your prayers and support during this time of need. We believe in the power of prayer and the provision of the Lord, and we ask that you join us in prayer for:

  1. Provision: Pray that the Lord will provide for our financial needs, particularly covering the cost of the vehicle repairs and any associated expenses.

  2. Timely Repair: Pray for wisdom and skill for the mechanic working on our vehicle, that they may be able to complete the repairs in time for our trip to Hammond.

  3. Ministry Impact: Pray for God's guidance and anointing as I prepare to preach at the "Servant's Conference," that hearts may be touched and lives transformed through the message shared.

Your continued support is invaluable to us. If you feel led to contribute financially to assist with the repair costs or any other needs, you can do so through our sending church, Lewis Avenue Baptist Church, Temperance,MI. Your generosity will make a tangible difference in our ability to continue serving the Lord effectively.

Thank you for standing with us in faith and prayer during this challenging time. We trust in the Lord's provision and believe that He will work all things together for good.

Yours in His service

Jonathan and Jenny Ashcraft
